Free beginners running programme starts 22nd April in Cottenham
Are you looking to improve your fitness, have some fun, and meet some friendly faces? Then look no further than Let’s Run Girls’ brand new FREE 10-week beginners running programme!
Starting on Monday, April 22nd at 6:30pm, this programme is perfect for anyone who’s new to running, returning after a break, or recovering from an injury. We’ll be meeting at Cottenham Recreation Ground, where our volunteer run leaders will support and guide you every step of the way.
The programme is designed to help you build your confidence and stamina gradually. We’ll start with short running intervals of just 60 seconds in week one and progress to a full 30 minutes of comfortable running by week ten.
